Coral Explorer
Origami Octopi are one of those subjects that get scrutiny about being folded from a single square of paper without cuts as it can be hard to believe that 8 thin, long legs can be achieved. But rest assured, this model still follows the all important origami rules! The coral was inspired by one that I saw in a fish tank at a doctors visit. It’s turned from some lilac branches that were growing in my backyard. Both are staged on a Maple base.
Dimensions (D x H): 7” x 4.5”
